Do I need any previous experience to join a canoe trip? +

Not at all. Our guided canoe trips in Wales are suitable for total beginners and more confident paddlers. We provide expert instruction and ensure you feel safe and supported throughout your journey.

What if the weather is bad? +

We don’t worry too much about rain here in West Wales! However, in cases of strong winds, thunderstorms, or flooding, we may have to cancel or postpone activities. Safety is our priority, so if we feel that river conditions will be unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a refund.

How stable are the canoes? Will I fall in? +

As it’s a water sport there’s always a chance of getting wet, but tipping over is rare, especially on calm water. Our canoes are stable and ideal for beginners, and you’ll also have buoyancy aids and expert instructors on hand at all times, so don’t worry.

Do you cater for people with additional needs or disabilities? +

Yes. We try to make outdoor activities as accessible as possible. We can work with you to adapt sessions, so they are safe, supportive, and enjoyable for every member of your group. Just get in touch for a friendly chat to plan the best approach together.

Can canoeing be part of a mixed outdoor activity weekend? +

Yes. Many of our guests include canoeing in Pembrokeshire as part of a bigger real adventure, combining it with surfing, coasteering, kayaking, or as part of a Coastal Explorer day. Just tell us your perfect activity combo and we’ll get it sorted.

How do I book a canoeing trip? +

Just fill out our online contact form or give us a call. We’ll talk you through the options and tailor everything to match your group and schedule.
