Our outdoor team building sessions take place in all our favourite places off the beaten track on the wild Atlantic Coast of West Wales.
We have a range of purposeful and empowering adventure team days and outdoor activities on offer:

Absolutely! We can incorporate outdoor and indoor strategy sessions, reflective time, or guided discussions.
Do you provide transport to and from activities? +
No, you will require your own transport.
Do you offer accommodation? +
You can secure your own place to stay, or we have a small campsite on site if camping is an option to you. If not, we can point you in the right direction for finding local accommodation. Get in touch for more information.

Timings: All outdoor team building activities are custom-built, so the timings will be designed to suit you.

Availability: We run adventure activity sessions all year-round, but we book up fast, so plan ahead!
WHAT TO BRING
We provide all the safety equipment and specialist gear you need for the activities, but you will need to wear/bring a few basics:
Water-based activities:
Appropriate swimwear
A towel
Trainers (they will get wet, so don’t bring your fancy pair)
Land-based activities:
Waterproof jacket/trousers
Sturdy footwear with a good grip
If it’s cold:
- Hat and gloves
If it’s hot:
- Sun hat & shades
- Sun cream
Top tips: Layers are good. You never know how fast the weather may change here in West Wales! And always bring plenty to drink so you stay hydrated.
